Secretary Kemp has extended the deadline for filing 2013 Annual Registrations until May 31, 2013.

The Corporations Division online services and call center are experiencing heavy load and call volume due to annual registration filings.  Keep in mind that the deadline for annual registration filings has been extended until May 31.  If possible, please perform your online renewal during off-peak hours -- after 5:30 p.m. weekdays or on weekends.
