Macon, Ga.—The Georgia State Board of Cosmetology held its meeting on Wednesday, December 9, 2009.

The Board voted to deny the following application:

The Board voted to rescind a previous decision and reduce the fine for the following establishment:

The Board decided to revoke licenses from the following individuals during revocation hearings:
