The Office of Secretary of State now provides an electronic version of the Rules and Regulations of the State of Georgia. NOTE: The Rules and Regulations of the State of Georgia is a compilation of the rules and regulations of state agencies that have been filed with the Office of Secretary of State pursuant the Georgia Administrative Procedures Act, O.C.G.A.§ 50-13-1 et seq.

This site is searchable by the name of the agency, chapter/rule number, the name of the rule itself, or a specific rule number. For example, you may search by the name of an agency such as, “Office of Secretary of State”, or by a chapter number such as “Chapter 590”, or by the name of the rule itself such as “Articles of Incorporation”. You may also search by a specific rule, such as “590-7-3-.01”.
